KY – Login

IFTA is an agreement to report fuel use by motor carriers that operate in more than one jurisdiction. This system allows motor carriers to register for Kentucky IFTA, order and renew the IFTA license and decals, file IFTA tax returns, make payments, and communicate with the Division of Motor Carriers in a safe and secure electronic environment.

International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)

Qualifying commercial motor vehicles traveling in more than one U.S. state or Canadian province are required to file a consolidated report of motor fuels taxes (e.g., gasoline, diesel fuel, liquefied gas, compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas taxes) under the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA).
